Gods/Goddesses of Sexuality?

First Post
In looking over the descriptions of most of the D&D Gods and Goddesses, I don't see much about sexuality. My sense is that to sanitize the content for kids, they just decided to omit all that.

Can anyone point me toward homebrew versions that cover that? Note that I'm not looking for anything like the book of erotic fantasy. I'm looking for backstory for a particularly mammalian-looking kobold... what god/goddess might have been involved in that transformation?

I don't think kids were the reason for the asexualisation of D&D in 3rd and especially 4th edition. I think they wanted a very tight focus on core activities, ie 'killing things and taking their stuff (heroically)'. They may also have felt that any sexual elements (outside of 'Vile Darkness' products, maybe) could lose them customers in target demographics, but I don't think they were concerned with kids per se. It's kinda odd in retrospect that the 2e 'angry mothers from heck'-era TSR had much more sexual content in D&D than the WoTC era does.

Re your question, I'd think Tiamat would be the dragon-mother-goddess for WoTC kobolds? But I still think of kobolds as pre-3e mammalian and implike anyway, so maybe a Devil? Or Kurtulmak the 1e Kobold God?

In the Forgotten Realms Sharess is, among other things, the patron of whores and brothels and Sune is also often referred to as looking favorably upon working girls (and boys). Not to mention the special kind of "worship" often practiced in Sune's temples and in the temples Sharess it's taken to a whole new level

IME male players are uninterested in romance in-game, in part due to most D&D players still being male.

It's less mechanical as well. Even Diplomacy has in-game mechanical effects - deal making.

Not sure I agree with this. I've seen plenty of in-game romances, some PC-to-PC and some PC-to-NPC. The far majority of them would "fade to black" if the players got uncomfortable or just didn't want to RP it further, and that happened for strong emotional content as much as it happened for lustier reasons.

I've seen PCs get married, and some have kids. Many of those retired from active play, but not all.

I've seen games with two PCs vieing for another PC's favor, and none of the players were oriented to be interested in any other the others. In groups well balanced in player gender.

It's not everyone's cup of tea, but in my experience it's merely uncommon, not rare.

Any kind of God/dess that encourages fertility, hearth/home, and love/lust works.

Kobolds originated from German mythology, so why not use a German Goddess?

Freyja (Old Norse the "Lady") is a goddess associated with love, beauty, fertility, gold, sorcery, war, and death.

Freya was statted up in the 3.5 Deities & Demigods supplement.

Seems pretty bad-ass for Kobolds. :)

Isn't Sehanine the goddess of lovers' trists in 4th edition? I thought that love, particularly forbidden love was very much under her domain.

Do you really want to give that much thought to how a mammal and a draconian combined to make offspring? If ever there was a use for the term "umm...a wizard did it" that is it.

Tiamat could be behind it as a way of provoking greed and envy.

Sehanine could be behind it as a way of aiding a forbidden love.

Melora could be behind it as a whim of nature.

Corellon could be behind it as an attempt at beautiful art (though it doesn't seem to have quite worked out).

Avandra could be behind it for giggles.

I'm actually more worried about the mammals and the shardmind, frankly.
