Obad-Hai seems to be out replaced by Melora.

Oh lovely, my homebrew campaign has a goddess named Melora too, except that her portfolio is white magic. This shouldn't confuse newbies....

Or I could just do things the easy way, and have her and the nature goddess swap places. I already had Tharizdun and Asmo yoinked pre-4e as ancient cosmic evils anyway. I also had the standard humanoid gods as well.

Maybe the plus one refers to Io. Sure he's dead, but there may still be people worshiping him. Though Orcus being the plus one wouldn't surprise me.

Also it's mentioned in Worlds & Monsters that Correllon got music added to his portfolio. It should be interesting to see what other non adventuring portfolios the other gods picked up. I think Sehanine would inherit Love for instance.

I am still hoping to see not as a deity but as a even more powerful, but more subtle force in the cosmology the Fates.

There are just so many good stories to be told with the Fates, plus it be interesting to have the Gods fear something above even them.

Also, it may be best to think of portfolios not as areas of responsibility that the gods parceled out among themselves, but fields of patronage that mortals assign to them. If you're a farmer, you worship Pelor because, you know, he's the Sun and it's good for crops. That sort of thing.
