This is an issure that came up in a game last night:
A Flesh Golems "Immunity to Magic (Ex)" is described as providing immunity to any spell or spell-like ability that allows spell resistance. It goes on to say that any magical attack that deals cold or fire damage will slow the golem with no saving throw. Now here in the conundrum: would a magical axe that deals a d6 of cold damage slow the golem, or would the damage be dealt? As far as I know, spell resistance does not protect against energy damage from a magical weapon, only from spells and spell-like abilities, so how would a flesh golem be effected? Is there a rules precedent?
