Gaming-wise we're dead. You can have a look at Teh Tin Soldier and Games Paradise, but I hear Melbourne is better for shopping, so you probably won't be impressed.

Our harbour is rivalled in beauty only by Vancouver's, so you should have a look at it - I recommend a harbour cruise or even ride the ferries a bit.

If you want, you can come to Coogee for a drink. We've got a beach and half the population of London living there. Of course, if you're wierd-looking we won't be going out in public together, but that's cool - we could always drink at my place, where you could ogle my flatmate Jessica.

Is the big GW shop in Melbourne or Sydney? I'm kinda thinking its in Melbourne now, but its all blurred together in my mind. The more I think about it, the more I think there was plenty of gaming in Melbourne and I ended up doing tourist stuff in Sydney.

The Bridge Climb is highly rated, I really enjoyed the dinner on the HMS Bounty sailing up and down the harbour though.

If theres no GW stores in Melbourne then that's prolly an experience to go through while you're here. Maybe not a good one but a self esteem building one nonetheless.

I think there is about 6... one in the city and the rest in the eastern suburbs.

I've been to GW in Melbourne. It's in a big complex that also houses Virgin Records iirc. The store as such is not as good as the one on Oxford Street in London but not far from it.

I went on a one-day coach trip to the Jenolan Caves in the Blue Mountains. A great day out. Not exactly D&D, but the caves do have a very D&D feel to them. You can easily imagine some orcs running around down there or some dwarves working away...
