[GP:H] A Game of Opposites: The Heroes IC (Villains Stay Out!)

After the young lady sits and introduces herself, the half-orc responds in between bites. "And I am known as Durgal." The half-orc continues to eat his meal while chatting with the lass. "So, what brings you here? Surely it's not the food, nor the company." While waiting for Luna's response, he hears an all-to-eager paladin speak up.

In response to the self proclaimed knight, Durgal speaks. "I have seen evil on my way here. It is no longer however, as my friend here will not allow it." He pats the large 2-handed sword that is lying up against the table next to him.

Knowledge religion roll to see what religion the paladin is, IF he is wearing his holy symbol so that it can be easily seen.

Zagrim the Dark

Zagrim takes aim and flails about wildly with the darts, usually coming nowhere near the mark.

"Ah well, that's why I'm a mage. No skill with weapons." The only weapon visible on him is an all black dagger on his belt.

Sir Justin wears no Holy symbol, but his armour is emblazoned with symbols of Bahamut and his cape has embroidered upon it the marks of several notable Celestials which he proudly and openly displays. The Paladin's fine skin and angelic features have a slightly golden hue, his hair is silvery with golden streaks, and his eyes are a deep, penetrating Green.

"Ah, too bad" He says to Durgal "I could use a good smiting around now.. It grows stale when there is no evil to fight."

Luna smiles at her companion. "I do not see anything wrong with the company." She looks around the bar. "Of course, a little excitement in one's life now and then is never a bad thing."

Zagrim the Dark

"Well, it's been pretty slow around here lately. I think we've smited all the evil." Zagrim smiles.

"... thus proving that evil is both cowardly and less intelligent."

"Aye." Sir Justin Sighs "I suppose it is good for the area, but can get terribly boring for those of us who have dedicated our lives to destroying evil. I just have a feeling that something will happen when we least expect it.

OOC: I haven't seen that Villains OOC thread pop to the top of "talking the talk" in a while.. Are they even still planning stuff, or have they quit?

"Nothing like winning because the opposition is too fearful," Zagrim laughs.

Darn it, I hope they didn't chicken out.

Durgal listens to all of the conversations that he can. "Bah, there will always be evil to destroy, I'm sure of it. I have been given a gift from Kord and that gift is still with me. Unfortunately I believe that evil will outlast all mortals. At least I will continue to have a job until the day I die." With that he lets out a gruf laugh.

Turning back to his table companions he looks them over a bit more closely. "So Luna, would you care for some food and drink perhaps?"

Luna smiles. "Thank you, but no. I have no need for such sustinance. I come here simply for the company."
