the more undead variations I can throw at my players rogue, the better!!

I do support the idea of a book on Summoning/conjurers. I think the concept like Elric (friends with the Elemental Lords) would make for a fine PrC.

I once had an epic battle with the PC's, and th eonly way they survived was the preist kept summoning Dire Bears to fight with a Balor. The Balor dispatched them quickly, but was busy while the others finished off his companions. By the time the preist ran out of spells, the other PC's could work on the Balor. Fine evening. One fight took 4 hours.

Best time we've had in years.........

Very cool. Just wondering, how much playtesting goes into a product like this? Does Green Ronin intend to provide support (i.e. any necessary errata) after it's released?

We try to give our playtesters a couple of months of playtesting time, especially on the sourcebook material.

Here's an idea Nik!

Well I know you guys might have already thought of this, but maybe doing like a school at time MIGHT be avantageous as being able to do variants for each one, like say a stage master, is a illusionist specialist that tries to entertain for money and also has a few getaway tricks. Just an idea.

I trust on Zeb Cook, his work in AD&D was usually good, so I think the book will be worthy... but I also agree that there are two much Necromantic books right now.

I would like to be such a level of detail in other magic schools. Like Invocation/evocation. Oh, the old Fire Elementalist wizard...

Necromancers/undead are my favorite aspect of RPG gaming, and i tend to collect each and every product that features such lore.

I have purchased the products:

Necromancy: Beyond the Grave from Mongoose
Hollowfaust: City of Necromancers from S&SS
Undead fron AEG

Yes, i can see why one would say there is enough on necromancers, i would take that further and say there isn't really nothing new and unique for necromancers.

My opinion, is those products are really d20 versions of pre-existing 2nd ed. material.

Cult of the Dragon
Return to the Tomb of Horrors
Complete Book of Necromancers

I see many spells and concepts in the d20 products which where covered in the ealiar TSR products.

I am not suggesting plagerism on parts of the writers of the d20 material. This game as existed for over 25 years, of course things will closely resemble other things.

I think the concept of undead in a game has not been fully realized as of yet in the gamming community.
