Can you take these feats more than once to gain a cumulative +2 bonus?

If not, is there an Improved Gr. Fort/ L. Ref/I. Will that gives you a non-stacking +4?

No. Unless a feat says you can take it more than once, you can't.

Not in the core rules.

Only feats that say they can be taken more then once, can be. As for the other feats, there aren't any like that out that I've seen but I think it would be balanced to include those in your game.

Luck of Hereos from FRCS gives a +1 to all saves. I think this would stack with the above feats.

I don't think that creating an improved lightning reflexes would be a bad idea though.

IIRC, Luck of Heroes gives a Luck bonus to saves, so it would stack.
Improved versions of these feats granting a non-stacking +4 would be fine, IMO.

WE house ruled most feats to stack in our games a long time ago.
We figure if your really really want to spend two whole feats to get +4 on a save go right ahead.
No one in our games has done it though, there are just to many other good feats worth taking instead.
