Greater Manyshot with Psionic Shot

Psionic Shot provides +2D6 damage on a ranged attack when psionic focus is expended.

Greater Manyshot allows precision damage on every arrow fired.

Questions: 1) Does Psionic Shot provide precision damage?

2) If it does provide precision damage, and Psionic Shot were used (psionic focus expended), then Greater Manyshot would allow an extra +2D6 on every arrow fired that hit?

Nope, Psionic Shot is not precision damage. It's never referred to as such, either. It's just a charge of psionic energy surging along one projectile (arrow, bolt, bullet, etc.) or thrown weapon for a moment. Only ever applies on one attack.
