Unfortunately, some people have far too much time on their hands. Let's hope that the authorities can give the hackers some time behind bars.

Not likely, looks like these guys were from Brazil. I don't think the FBI has jurisdiction there

We do have an extradition treaty with them, though. Unlikely that they'll ever be pursued, but we can always hope they'll be caught eventually.
