Hallowe'en

I'm guess I'm no fun, since I am not a big fan of Halloween either.

Last year I played a AD&D 2nd edition game at our local "hobby store" while the regulars complained how much candy they didn't get. :uhoh:

Arrrrrrrr, ye mateys! ARrrrrrrrrrrr, but why is the rum gone?!

Last year we got 150-200 costumed kiddies. This year, we noticed several more house swaps, with the older people moving off to Florida (The couple I bought this house from were headed down there as well), and the newer families having up to five kids.

So we're heading for BJ's wholesale club and gearing up, as well as getting our small inflatable pumpkin ready. I'm hoping to get a large one this year, as our Christmas bear is 8' tall and the pumpkin is only four.

As for trick-or-treating... My children are an engaged 19-year-old working his way into management and a 15-year-old. They're rather past it. :)
