Similar things here in D/FW. I went grocery shopping two days ago, and several departments had noticeable gaps in their stock. For example, it took me a minute to realize that ALL of the eggs were gone.

One would think, in this marvelous time of the internet of things, grocery stores would order more quantities of the staples people believe they'll need. I get it, they don't want it to go to waste if they don't sell. And more importantly, lose money. They'll sell. The day after mark them down %40, lose less money.

Order more milk, eggs, bread, and diapers for the kids. Order more wine for mom all on Friday, and by Wednesday they'll have it all. The Atlanta news was talking about this last Friday. Plenty of time to stock up.

I parked at the top of driveway for I have to go to work later today. My mom isn't going anywhere. lol I really don't wanna. My hope is the papers can't be delivered to us or they charge their minds.

Here in my section of DFW, we’ve gotten just enough snow that our border collie has been doing her husky impression. She doesn’t howl, but she certainly does NOT want to come in when called.
