Has this forum given you the urge to play previous editions?

I have been tempted to run a BECMI game, but for the most part, no.

My enjoyment of previous editions was in their settings, not their rules. I'd rather convert Birthright to 3.X than run it with 2e, for example.

Hmm, I didn't really stop playing classic D&D. So 5E hasn't given me any new desire to play the old stuff.

It has, however, for the first time in many years, given me the desire to play the (soon to be) current version of D&D... if it lives up to the promise that is.

No, I don't want to play previous editions -- but I do want to recapture the best elements of older editions and the older style of play: namely, DM judgment combined with randomness.
