Wow. That's really impressive. I thought I ran a LOT of games. My regular IRL group meets every week for 3 hours and we can't get through anywhere near that, and I consider myself to run them on speed mode. (I also run PBP games here, and in-store demos, too.)

I'd suggest Pathfinder Adventure Paths next. Play 'em in 5e if you prefer (I would) but they're easy enough to convert, and they're well done.

If you can run adventures the way you do and don’t really like most published adventures or are like warm to them. I think you might be the kind of person to run your own sandbox. I think guy might enjoy it more. Build the campaign and adventure that excited you.

Ghosts of Saltmarsh is better than the orignal in a lot of ways, you might want to try that again. Otherwise War of the Burning Sky is awesome (not played it 5E but a great campaign), alternatively try Frog God Games' or Goodman Games' stuff for an old school feel - FGG stuff is very much sandboxy

Local flgs was running D&D Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

One of my players is in 2 groups and he has played most of the adventures.

5E was designed to hit level 20 in about a year and the adventures go to level 10 to 15 so completing them in 6 months or so is easily doable.

On launch we were running up to 5 times a week, settled on twice a week kit level 13 in a couple of months or 3.

Descent into Avernus has same quality of CoS or ToA.

Otherwise, retrocompatibility can help! You can use 5e with old edition adventures adjusted on the fly!
Can I suggest Age of Worms, Savage Tide, or old BECMI modules, such as B2, B5, B10, X1, X4, X5, X10, CM1, CM2, CM3?

You can head over to DriveThruRPG, or you can convert adventures from 1e/2e or 3e. Or you can convert some of the Pathfinder Adventure Paths. Realistically, however, you are at the point where you should be considering writing your own adventures.

Rise of Tiamat might be worth a second look: it has some great material in it for Tier 2 & 3 play, actually.

Ghosts of Saltmarsh as a developed Sandbox with the material to do a nautical campaign is also worth a second look.

Goodman Games and Kobold Press have some great material.

Chapters 3-5 of the DMG are also worth a look.
