Also I'm pretty sure everyone involved in writing of the rules and nearly everyone who plays the game would not agree with your assesment of wizards learning spells from any spell list from scrolls. Which even if the above quote from the SRD doesn't prove it (or at least contradict it), clearly goes against the spirit of the rules.
