Healing Power Effect

Hey all.

Mark of Healing Feat says that whenever you use a Healing Power on an ally that ally can also make a saving throw.

Does this trigger with Zones?
Shaman Utility 10 Healing Zone.
(Other stuff) & Any bloodied Ally that starts its turn in the zone regains 5 hit points.

My guess is that the Zone is the Healing Power and it does trigger the saving throw but I just want to check.

HEALING ZONE has the keyword HEALING, so I see no reason why It would not grant the saving throw.
