Anvuss (unless someone objects) heads off to try and get a look at the posessions of the other children.

ooc: There is an outstanding action posted, in spite of our ooc comments related to our state of general confusion. :)

(OOC: So is he suggesting not going back to Professor Henley's then for dinner and going to Noah d'Cannith and Mark Keynes instead to look for possessions?)

Sorry, if we have a previous engagement, let's head there. Maybe if we fill in the professor on the investigation so far, something will become more clear.

*The group heads back to the Professor's apartment, where the non-Warforged immediately smell a delightful aroma coming from the kitchen. Glad to be able to cook for guests, Elizabeth serves up delicious breaded cheese and spice hors d'oeuvres, a light cream-based soup and salad, and then a main course of juicy steak. Meanwhile, a bit of red wine is served on the side to taste.*

"So, did you learn anything?" the Professor wonders over dinner.

"Not much I'm afraid. Sophie's TA was not keeping a very close eye on Suzie. We looked to see if she had any of her personal effects there, but there were no clues to find. Continuing on that train of thought we are going to follow up on the personal effects of the other children. After dinner, perhaps we could see if Lucy kept anything here." replies Aethelus.

"I can't believe we have no idea of what is happening, we must have miss something." tells Kharas. The dwarf smell the supper. "Smells really good. You are a good cook, Elizabeth. And I would even tell you are a beautifull woman for a human. I understand why the professor have chosen you."

"When she went back to Helen's she would have taken her things with her, I believe. You're welcome to check"

*Elizabeth blushes. She seems, perhaps, particularly embarrassed by the terminology "chosen you".*

"Thank you, Kharas," she replies.

"Sure, be my guest. You'll help them, won't you darling? And while all of you are at it, could you look for my Wyrd Ruby some more? I still can't find it anywhere."

"I'd do it myself, but I'm busy helping with a team that's analysing a new schema we recently found. It could mean something huge some day if we find the corresponding parts, and we acquired it for almost nothing! Truly an amazing find!"

 I can't beleive I miss that the first time I read it...[/SBLOCK]
