*After a short amount of near freefall, the line eventually pulls taut, with a slight bounce to it, as apparently it has some amount of elastic in it. At that point, the line begins to be slowly reeled in. Kharas can barely see anything at all--it isn't the night sky that obscures his vision but the heavy cloud bank in which he is slowly drifting upwards. It is only when he is right upon it, therefore, that he sees the ship. The line is hauled up over the ship, with Kharas on it. He can't see very far in the misty clouds, but the ship seems to be larger than the small barge that the guards were using. As a craftsman himself, he can tell that the ship is of fine craftsmanship despite being made of vastly inferior material to the guards' barge. Many of the diminutive Clanks that he saw before amble about the deck. A shadow in the mists becomes a feminine outline and then, as the clouds clear slightly and she steps forward again, a woman dressed in light and loose sailor's garb covered by a light coat, perhaps to keep away the chill of the cloud's clinging moisture in a way that the revealing sailor's garb underneath would not.*

"Avast ye Clanks!" she calls out as she gestures to some of the Clanks that seem to be just milling about, "Now what have we here? Ahoy stranger--could ye be this 'terrorist' what's causing such a stir? Don't look too impressive to me, that ye don't."

"Yes, it is the title they gave me, but the only terror I bring is with my knowledge and the only one who I scare is Artifex Maximus, as I know his secret. Except that, I am not dangerous, except if we corner me like a rat.

My name is Kharas Mroranon, of the clan Mroranon. I'm a trapmaker, armorer and artificer. And who do I have the pleasure to speak to?"

"The secret of the gods, eh? What, do ye know some kind of 'True Name' that would give ye power or fell the mighty?" she laughs at that, "Or I suppose perhaps ye serves the Other? Leastways, ye sound as crazy as they say ye be, which be a good sign that ye're a Spark indeed. A strong one? I suppose we'll see at that!"

"I be Fiora Sadb, and this ship, she be the Aquilina."

"Yeah, I might sound crazy for a native of this place. But what I know, it is teh true nature of Artifex. He is not a god, just an artificer like me, but a much more powerfull. And that knowledge is dangerous to him, as if I just put doubt in teh mind of his people, he will lose the influence he has over his follower. Just imagine if I could convince a few person of Brilla. And once the doubt is put on a few, it will spread like a cancer. Truth have the ability to survive for a long time once it has been discovered.

For my powers, I must tell I am not yet familiar with the extend of it. There is something about teh Thelanium that duplicate my abilities. I impress myself each time I use my skills.

Can I ask you what you are doing here, kidnapping prisonner from some official ships? Nothing that seems pretty legal, not that I mind. After all, I am a 'terrorist'"
Kharas asks his last question with some sarcasm on his new title.

"Bah, hogwash! What be a god but something far more powerful, one who can create and destroy, bring life and death, good fortune or ill? The Artifex Maximus be a god if any can be called such. As for we, well, ye can't see the flag right now fer the deep cloud bank, but I'll have ye know that since this be the Aquilina, then ye should know that I be the first mate of Captain Rhiana Nyvh," she furrows her brow when the name is not recognised, "Really not from around here...we be Sky Pirates."

"I do not agree totally on that definition of a god, but that more philosophy. But if you don,t mind, my friend here is a bit damaged and need to be repair. Do you mind I awake him?" he tells, talking about Anvuss.

"Hey, sure, why not. Might as well be startin' now, right? We were shadowin' the guards to see what was causin' such a stir, and we saw 'em take this Clank, so we decided to requisition it fer ourselves. A course, that means this Clank will have to serve on our ship fer a time to earn its freedom, but it be more than a mite bit better than what e'd get with that lot."

"Well, sorry to tell you thta, but that Clank is not a Clank. It is a warforged, a soldier created by a group which Artifex Maximus belong to. It has it's own soul and it is half living, half animated. It is a pretty complex thing to create, as creating life is far from being easy when you are not a god." explains Kharas who takes one of his scroll of repair light damage. He starts to read it and apply it to Anvuss.
