Needed a 16 or higher on 1d20+1d6. That's about a 40% chance of success on each of 6 rolls, or roughly a .6 to the 6th power chance of failure. If I'm doing the math right, that's less than the chance of rolling a natural 1 on 1d20.

The "world" wobbles a bit, and suddenly collapses, like shards of glass falling to the floor. Its a bit disorienting, but soon Anvus and Kharas find themselves in an abandoned part of the Lower Wards, disoriented. It is dark and unclear how much time has passed.

Confused, the two try to return to the scene where everything began. But the place is empty. Whatever was going on... it has vanished, into thin air, like a rumor in Zil. With little answers, the two are left to their own devices.
