Let's say that you are sending a letter.
you want that the person who the letter is addressed will be reqired to sign a receipt in order to get the letter. you also want to receive a copy of that receipt, or, anyway, to have an official word by the post service when the letter is received.
so, you are sending a letter by [????]...
what's the name of the postal service? in case it make a difference, i would prefer uk english.
