Help me Min/Max a fighter of sortd

It seem titling it this gets more attention.

Here are the stats at lv 1

Str 18
Dex 20
Con 12
Int 16
Wis 10
Cha 18

That's what I have, you can move the stats around as you like, +2 to Dex and Cha, -2 to Con.

Okay, I wanna make a dual wielding fighter, that uses two katanas, that all I got in stipulations. Primarily offense oriented, but a good AC doesn't hurt.

It's a nice image but one that might not work all that well from a gameplay standpoint. Wielding two non-light weapons gives a -4/-4 penalty to both hands, I believe, and that's with Ambidexterity and Two-Weapon Fighting (and assuming you're playing a Medium-sized character).

A katana is a masterwork bastard sword, so you need an Exotic Weapon Proficiency to use it one-handed. You also need the two-weapon fighting feats. You could manage that as a 1st level human fighter, or as a 1st level ranger. A first level human ranger could throw in Weapon Focus as well. You'll probably want to advance as a fighter in order to get Weapon Specialization, and proceed towards the Weapon Master PrC from Sword & Fist, which IIRC will give you better to-hit bonuses.

Assuming you want to play this...character...go for the Tempest PrC from Masters of the Wild. By your 20th level you'll be making 9 attacks a round...

Manage to work in 5 levels of Dragon Disciple, and the size increase would allow you to wield the katanas with only a -2/-2 penalty. But then, taking 5 levels of Dragon Disciple has its own pros and cons.

Wait a while for the dual wielding, and get a sun blade as soon as you can. They're bastard swords, which is what katanas are, and count as light weapons. This will let you use two katanas at -2/-2, and with improved crit and such you will be able to kill things real good.

However, if you want to go with katana killing action, I would suggest looking at iaijutsu master from OA-those things can be munchkined like CRAZY, such that you will be doing a thousand points of damage before anyone even gets a chance to act.

Edit: I should also mention that those stats are just about ideal for an iaijutsu master...they like high chr and dex, and though str isn't quite so necessary I guess it doesn't hurt much

there is a feat in the oriental handbook or Rokugan handbook that lets you use your full str bonus in both hands instead of half on your off-hand. Also there is another feat in rokugan that lets you make an additional attack w/ your off hand and perhaps your main hand too. Don't remeber what they are called but I do remember seeing them.

At 1st level, take Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Bastard Sword) and Weapon Focus (Bastard Sword.)

Then tear up your character sheet, and reroll a reasonable set of stats
