Help me with a Magical WOMD

Frostburn has a spell thats good for that. Not sure exactly what the spell is can't find the book, but I know its a wizard spell and 9th level. And it costs I think 100exp to cast.

HUGE area, drops the temp to like nothing from what I remember.

Shemeska's psionic viruse is really cool. Great visuals there.

How about a really large cloud-kill effect that you can send through the opposing army or one of their major cities? My DM used the 9th level corrupt spell "Apocolypse from the Sky" to great effect. Of course, that was in conjunction with an artifact that maximized and empowered any spell that was cast by a druid while being held.

Watch Scourge of Worlds... and then watch it again and again and again till you get all the endings and such!
Just make its an artifact that starts as a rubix cube, when solved (Int check DC 35) or Profession (Puzzle breaking monkey) DC 40, OR Craft (puzzle) DC 5 to stick the dots where they need to be... that when solved transforms into a mega zoid like robot with a huge sword and bad actors in lycra.
