More information would help.

What are your stats, and what are your spells known?

If the DM literally used your stats, if your Wisdom is 9 you have nothing to worry about :)

Will the druid have the equipment of a 7th level character, or of a 7th level NPC?

If you can fly, do so. Air based summons and animal campanions are less likely, and less powerful. This is important because grappling truly will ruin your day. Flying ou of the reach of vegetation will also reduce the chance of being Entangled (or worse) by said local vegetation.

I suggest casting spells that will hamper the Druid's spellcasting... but at 7th level, Evard's Black Tentacles is just out of your grasp. perhaps blasting it with Evocation spells is your best bet, because of the low reflex save most druids tend to have. You might also kill some summons this way, or at least disrupt the druid while he is casting his summon spells.

Get up in the air. The strongest druid spells affect creatures on the ground.

Have a couple of dismissal scrolls ready for when the druid summons something that can follow you into the air. Dire bats have blindsense, so being invisible/displaced/etc. will not really help. Fire shield will help to weaken the weaker summons the druid can throw at you, and also protect you from the mainly fire-based spells the druid can still affect you with.

Get resistance to electricity for the call lightning. It's not a big damaging spell, so you only need resistance 12 or so. A potion should work.

False life for the extra hit points.

Fly

He can hit you with flamestrike, and it appears you've neglected your protective spells, so that could be bad for you! he can also zap you with call lightning many, many times and that will be bad for you too.

If he knows your capabilities, he will be protected against fire, which is your two main attacks down the drain (fireball and scorching ray).

Not looking good for you!

Fly away and pepper him from afar with Fireballs.

His Flame Strike is only medium range and his summonables are stuck at close range.

well I kow but for stragegic purposes and scrolls, I need stratagies and some stratagies only work with certain spells, If i dont have the spell then I cant use the stratagy. perefably sorcerer spells because those are the one i know the most about.

Cheat.
Is this a duel? An ambush? Is he just the BBEG?
Spend the gold to hire a few fighter and/or rogue henchmen to ambush the druid, and lay a beatdown.
Take a family member hostage and demand that he surrender or they will suffer.
Hire an assassin to poison his breakfast before you fight.
Use scorched earth tactics and burn his forest down around you while you fight. Distract him pre-fight by killing large numbers of animals or cutting a large swatch of treest down. Get him to waste spells restoring the natural balance.

In other words - roleplay it out. :)
