My first ever sorcerer had improved initiative and combat casting. Brings back fond memories. However, your feats are somewhat sub-optimal even if (as it appears) you are only using the Players Handbook. Still, not to worry.
Do you have a familiar? A weasel would improve your reflex saves but, if you're like me, you'll have a cat because they are cooler.
Assuming you are not able to change your spells, but can get some scrolls etc. I'd go for a scroll of alter self, a scroll of mirror image and a scroll of dispel magic (finances permitting).
Alter self into a troglodyte before the fight. Dunno whether alter self gives the stench ability or not - the DM could rule either way. A really evil DM might decide that you are affected by your own stench, so if you think your DM is that way inclined ask for a ruling before you cast the spell.
If you don't like his answer, alter self into a lizardfolk instead.
If you are sure the fight is about to start, cast mirror image and fly. You need to be off the ground throughout the fight, as Entangle is bad news. (Alternatively, try and fight in a desert

Its a matter of judgement as to when you use the dispel magic.
I'd use it in the first round, on the assumption the druid arrives already buffed to the max. If you had detect magic, and a couple of free rounds, you could study his aura and find out for sure. However, whilst a detect magic scroll is easy to obtain, the time to concentrate is probably going to be priceless.
