help my centaur become a charging monstrosity

looking to maximize the damage done on a charge from my level 9 centaur - fighter5/paladin1

so far i have given him the following feats
powerful charge (+2d6 on a charge)
power attack
monkey grip
weapon focus lance

the following weapons and armor
a huge lance of devastating charge. (+2d6 on a charge)
rhino hide armor (+2d6 on a charge)


So far that is 12d6 on a charge + 2x my str bonus.
Any suggestions for feats or equipment?
obviously i'm quaffing my potions of true strike.

The fact is that this is only a once every 4 levels phenomena.
If there were some items I could wear that would increase the skirmish ability and stack a few more d6's I would consider it.
Paladin work really well here because I could take a substitution for my mount ( a no brainer for a centaur paladin) that would allow me to deal 3points per level of damage on my charge. On top of that there is also a 1st level Paladin spell called something sacrifice ( i cant find it right now{) anyhow it allows x2 damage on a charge. Casting time is a swift action, so it allows an additional 3d6 + 12 + my smite damage (at least another 12 by the time I can cast spells) So I think this is a much better option albeit a more time consuming endeavor.
 

5 scout levels give bonus feats, evasion and the possibility for Improved Skirmish for a +4d6 skirmish damage which sounds ok to me. Skirmisher boots give +2 to skirmish damage... and twice per day a few d6 more IIRC. They are cheap.
 

With a level of crusader or warblade you could take the Leading the Charge stance to add your initiator level to damage on charges (4 to 6 by the looks of things).

1-Racial - Power Attack
2-Racial
3-Barbarian - Improved Bull Rush
4-Fighter - Powerful Charge
5-Fighter - Greater Powerful Charge
6-Fighter - Leap Attack
7-Fighter - Shock Trooper
8-Warblade

Warblade: choose Leading the Charge as a stance, and pick Battle Leader's Charge somewhere.

Gear: Large lance of devastating charge, Rhino armor.

Base damage on a charge, using the lance two-handed: 2d6/lance+3d6/GPC+2d6/sword+2d6/armor = 9d6+1,5xStr
Supposing, now, that you use Leading the Charge and Battle Leader's Charge while full power attacking and jumping 10' as part of the movement, you could add 45 damage to that.
Now, using the lance means you deal double damage, so double everything for a very nice 18d6+3xStr+90, which averages 144+3xStr.
 


Don't forget that if you can get Lion's Pounce or Pounce you can make a full attack with that charge. Easy ways include being a ranger or druid and 5 levels of a PrC, or taking wildshape feats and burning daily wildshape uses.
 

We went over the benefits of lions pounce and all the players agreed that this was just plain broken in the instance of the centaurs charge.

We settled that Skirmishers boots were more reasonable because I could only use the ability twice per day.
That is reasonable.

Now my next question If I want to ensure a hit on whatever it is I'm charging while maxing out my power attack for maximum effectiveness, what potions and other goodies should I be looking into keeping on hand?
similarly what items?
especially now that I know that there is no such thing as a potion of true strike.
