Help with a domain power

All right, my DM is presently working on a domain for a god who represents the jack of all trades role. He wants their priests to pride themselves on versitility...so until he figures out a name for the domain, I'll simply refer to it as Versitility.

In any case, he apparently has the spell list worked out, but is having trouble deciding on a domain power. Since I rave about the EN boards fairly often, I've been asked to post a request for help here.

So, any suggestions for the granted power for a Versitility domain?

If you have Song and Silence I'd use the Jack of All Trades feat but give it right away (not 8th). If you don't have the book it allows you to use ANY skill untrained. Pretty cool and fits your theme.

Another Idea you might try is NO XP penalties for multi-classing (or if thats to much for it ignore another set of class levels/ grant a secong favored class).
