Thanks so much for the lesson on making posts entertaining. It is such an honor to be schooled by a master. I will try cool idiomatic spellings and smilies from now on, in the hopes of reducing my inanity.

Also, I guess I never thought about the crippling effect a minor comment could have on the emotional well being of trolls and their advocates around the world. Thank you, thank you for opening my eyes.

Nope. Hero uses d6 mainly. Roll 3 d6 and hope you roll low.


Oh and up until about 3 months ago I had never heard of the HERO system either. I have been roleplaying for 13 years now and it had never come up with any of my RPing friends. And yes I have played other games besides D&D, Rifts and Pladium come to mind. I have played in 1 HEROs game and it was pretty fun. As far as which system is better, don't know yet. I will tell you in a couple months when I have more experience with HERO.

I remember playing Heroes Unlimited. It was a wonderful game. I was a mutant who could bend light and turn into fire, hurling 3d6 fireballs a round, and had 6 attacks with them! We fought a magician with a runesword. It was awesome.
