As Theremin slips away, Liam’s blast slams into the rats that had been swarming him. They seemed to have had enough and dispersed, scurrying off to whatever holes they could find.

The other rats, however, now had a taste of flesh. They swarmed after Coriana once more, but their teeth failed to find purchase.

“I’ll save her!” Sayine says, fluttering her wings. She flew toward Coriana and opened her mouth, breathing a puff of yellow gas on Coriana and the rats. The rats slowed momentarily, a few falling away, but then they went right on trying to bite Coriana.

“Oh, poo!” Sayine pouted.

Coriana felt lightheaded, the world sort of fuzzing softly at the edges.

OOC: Coriana needs to make a DC 11 Wisdom save.


Irene seemed to jolt alert, gasping at seeing the rats swarming over Coriana. She gave a bit of a shriek and surged to her feet, darting away back up the dark corridor, clutching at the wall blindly for support.

OOC: If Coriana fails her Wisdom save, roll 1d6:
1-4: You take no action or bonus action and use all your movement to move in a random direction.
5-6: You don't move. The only thing you can do on your turn is make a DC 11 Wisdom save to end the effect on a success.
 

Theremin shakes his head and says: "Sayine, come back on my shoulder, it is safer for you!". He then concentrates and a 5ft block of solid stone appear around Mindra, but strangely, the elf is not affected by it.

OOC: Cast minor illusion on Mindra's square. Th goal here is to give her advantage to her attack (help action, but casting a spell). The rats will perceive the stone as being there, and Mindra can see through it since she is interacting with it

OOC: I will allow this, since it's rats, but with something intelligent, if they see an elf encased in stone like that, it will probably count as a physical interaction, just like if they shot an arrow through it.
