D&D 4E Hey everyone! If you're tired of 4e threads cluttering the forum...

...the thing to do is NOT to create more threads bitching about it that clutter the forum even more! I just deleted one, in fact. We're not going to create a 4e sub-forum right now. We expect that such threads will die down after the upcoming D&D Experience, unless 4e is actually announced (which doesn't sound too likely.) When 4e is announced, we'll decide what to do then.

I do, however, invite you to complain about it in this sticky thread for the next few days. Azgulor, that means you!

Are we supposed to complain about 4e, 4e threads, the fact they clutter the forum, or that you just deleted one?

4e makes no difference to me.

Agreed. I mean...I get it, people want to talk about 4e, its exciting, its new. But guys, you can do it in 1 thread, 2 tops. You don't need 10 threads to do it in, please!

If you want to talk about a 4th edition, talk about Shadowrun 4ed. It's a great system!

Maybe the mods could merge any 4E threads with this one, so that it's all in a convenient one-stop-shop for anybody who wants to participate in the anticipation/dread.

I could understand talking about 4E if we had any inkling of what it would contain. When 2nd edition came out, there was some info about what was going to be changed; same with 3.0. Not only do we not have any of that here, we don't even know WHEN 4e is coming out! All this 4e talk is really just people talking about what they would like to see in the new edition, in the hopes that the devs will read these boards and put their ideas into the game. If you want to affect change, write a letter to WotC!
