Extracts the salt from the cubes, pours into electrical conduct that stopped working. Using the rubber erasers on the pencils he switched on power that was shorting after of course using the blade to cut wires to rewire the power box that was failing to work.

Electrical current to then running, carrys over the salt finishing the electrical loop while putting out any fires that erupt and the rods resubmerge and cool. Q-tips are for cleaning his ears later.
