When I heard case I thought law. I work in a plastics factory. Not very exciting but it pays the bills and there is little else around here to do that is not tourist based.

Nah, not me - I work on dial-up software and it sounds like RuinedOne is working with TCPIP protocol or the like. His company probably contacts the e-commerce group when they have problems.

Yeah. I doubt if we'd ever contact your company. Either our modems need to be reset or your systems may be briefly down (a rarity, if ever). Most of our problems lie with the crappy networks our customers have (colleges).
