Yes. Yes it does. However, the IWD2 engine is absoloodely wonderful, (not just 'cause it uses 3E) so it's certainly worth a play. And there's a nifty group out there working on a conversion of BG2 into the IWD2 engine - it looks like it's coming along fairly well. I'm looking forward to it.

I know what you mean, but I haven't played it as an evil char, so I don't know what that path is like. I just can't bring myself to do so.

Enjoy. Pretty screenshots, nifty toys, and I'm ancy as all hell waiting for it. The only dissapointing bit I've seen is that they're using the IWD2 spells, which means no more fun toys, like contingencies and time stops.

Heya. Life's good - the end of the school year got busy, and the connection more or less died to the dorms the last few weeks of May - I still have *no* idea why. I'd looked forward to getting online again once I got home, but even that got nerfed 'cause the cable in our area was being serviced and was more or less offline for a good month and a half. [Grumble.] Me with no internet connection is a grumpy boy.

Real world's been... a little too real, I think, but things go on. Getting back from college was a slight jolt, and I've got way too much time on my hands now - I'd planned on working through the summer, but... no one's hiring. Stupid recession. Oh - you'll probably be amused by this. Remember, way back when, a discussion about the fact that I really should go watch an episode of Buffy? Since I hadn't? Well, you got a convert. I finished season four last night. So, how about you?

Life is good. I'm trying to put together a London Gameday and get a work project done. Getting on top of some reading for next year. Just bought myself a keyboard, so I'll be back playing the piano-type-thingy on Monday!

Capellan is in the UK and we're going to meet up and see a musical, which should be a good laugh. And my friend Simson and I are getting through Baldur's Gate together. So all is well!
