I seem to remember seeing Baenre pronounced Bane-reh. If that is correct and my memory isnt totally off base (from the Menzoberranzan boxed set IIRC) then Jaelre would be Jail-reh. I could be totally off base here, but I think its right.

Of course, Baenre are spider kissers, while Jaelre are Vhaeraunans, so they just might be controversial and not spell it like Baenre
