I keep it to myself around coworkers and acquaintances.
Yup, I'm basically in the same boat, except while most coworkers have been ok with it, it's the family that's always been weirded out by it. And girlfriends. :.-(

(@Nifft: if you know of some special virus that transmits D&D appreciation, please point us to the relevant medical literature...;))

AT LEAST the stigma that we are all pagan devil worshipers has largely fallen by the wayside. That was a big deal in the early 90's when I first started gaming in middle school.
Ah, I remember it fondly! It's largely subsided, but unfortunately, an undercurrent of it still continues in some places.

Sometimes I wear dragon jewelry, but usually only when I'm doing my teen-related Job activities (such as next Saturday when I run my all-day Teen Gaming Day at the Library and we play Wii Sports, SSB and Rock Band for 7 solid hours).

The teens are cool with gaming, and so are my co-workers, but I'm not sure about some of the library patrons!

I own one of these:

LOL - I would love to have one of these - where did you get it?

Do you have any idea how hard it is to photograph the back of your own head? :erm: I'll try to give it a shot using a mirror, but don't expect anything great.

[Edit: Yeah. . . that didn't work at all. I'll try to have neighbor snap a pic.]
Why does this sound like a reality TV show in the making...? :hmm:
