My solution for the fire Sorcerer:
Draconic Magic
You gain bonus spells at certain levels in this class. They are Sorcerer spells for you, but don't count against your normal limit of spells known;
Starting at 2nd level, you can cast any of these spells using Sorcery Points instead of spell slots. When you gain a level in this class, you can replace a spell on this list with a Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard spell of the Evocation or Abjuration school.
Level 1: Absorb Elements, Chromatic Orb
Level 3: Dragon's Breath, See Invisibility
Level 5: Fear, Protection from Energy
Level 7: Elemental Bane, Secret Chest
Level 5: Legend Lore, Summon Draconic Spirit (UA)
Fundamental Force
Level 5 Sorcerer bonus feature
Your Elemental heart is so powerful that even creatures normally Impervious to your magic still suffer. Spells that deal damage of the type associated with your draconic ancestry ignore resistance to that type, and treat immunity as resistance.
