How many RPGs do you play?

How many RPGs do you play?

In the past year I've played 4e, 3e, Pathfinder, 1e, a retro-clone, Mutants & Masterminds, True 20, Fiasco, Feng Shui, Dread, Paranoia, Savage Worlds, Spirit of the Century, Dragon Age, RISUS, Star Guild, Call of Cthulhu, Inspectres, Swashbucklers of the 7 Skies, and OG!. I'm probably missing a few, but those are the ones I can think of quickly.

Hooray, games!

Off the top of my head, over the past year I've played D&D 3.5, Dread, The Mountain Witch, Call of Cthulhu, Alpha Omega, Unknown Armies, Spirit of the Century, and Godlike. All time, I'll say "a lot."

Right this instant? None - I'm busy posting on ENWorld instead of playing. More the fool me :)

In general, at this point in time, I run a Deadlands game, and I'm not a player in any regular tabletop campaign.

Over the course of my gaming lifetime... it has been dozens to scores of different games, I think.

I voted a few, but that might be pushing it. I am pretty plain in my ways and tend towards some variant of D&D when I play. Currently running a Pathfinder game and also DM'ing a 3.5 play-by-post game. I have played Dresden Files within the past three months. It was fun, but wouldn't mine doing a short mini-arc in that system, but wouldn't really want to play in a long-term campaign.

I run Deadlands, 4E, 3.xE and play in Pathfinder and Modern games. I have done M&M, Star Wars d20, not saga, plus various games over the years. I would like to try a few more games, but at the moment this is all I have time for.

A few right now. A lot over the past 30 years. We're currently playing Savage Worlds Realms of Cthulhu. I just finished running a D&D minis skirmish campaign with 3.x and 2e elements added--very fun. I would like to run the new Gamma World; or Omega World, Rifts or a number Savage Worlds games again. Heck, I would even run 3.0 again if the stars would align.

Past couple of weeks I've played Shadowrun, D&D 4e, Pathfinder, Mongoose Traveller and The Fantasy Trip. I've run D&D 4e, Mongoose Traveller, and Metamorphosis Alpha v1.

In the last year i've played Rogue Trader, Basic D&D, 3.5 D&D, Savage Worlds, a homebrew, Star Wars Saga and Paranoia. I ran the Savage Worlds games.

Shadowrun, D&D 4e and Mongoose Traveller have been part of the regular diet lately.

Within the past year or so, it's been:

Savage Worlds (Deadlands & Fantasy)
nWoD (Vampire & Hunter)
Legend of the Five Rings (3E)

I don't know if I'd count my 4E or Pathfinder game, both which lasted about a month before they imploded. I'd like to mention, since 3E ended, I've played over a half-dozen different D&D variants alone to decide what system we'd play next (including 4E as one of the contenders).

Over my lifetime of gaming, counting those games that were more than a session (or two), I've played (from most time to least):

D&D (2E, 3E, BECMI Basic, 1E)
Star Wars (D6)
oWoD/nWoD (Vampire)
Marvel Super Heroes
Villians & Vigilantes
Robotech (by Palladium)
Gamma World (2E?)
Serenity
Alternity ("Matrix", Gamma World and Walmart: Apocalypse)
Toon
007 (Solo GM + 1 player)
Star Trek (Last Unicorn/Decipher)

And actually quite a few "wargames", again from most to least played

Battletech/Aerotech
Mechwarrior (by Wizkids)
Car Wars
Gammarauders (after we removed "Reverse Combat Result" by vote)

And just too many RPG's to mention where I've read the books and tried to run at least one gaming session.

I found the definitions a little vague in this poll: What is meant by "play?" Games that are ongoing right now, or games I generally play? I just moved and haven't yet put together a new gaming group, so technically I'm not playing at all right now. But based on my general habits I chose "a lot."

In the last 12 months 4E, 3.5, homebrew, Ars Magica, Dark Heresy, WFRP--just off the top of my head. With Call of Cthulhu and d20 Apocalypse also staples. I'm pretty omnivorous.

Edit: Add Dread to that list.
