We all know that the rarer the word, the sexier it is. But just how sexy is it? Now, we have a scientific answer.
Take the word, and search it in Google. Mark down the number of Results. Now do the same for "sex", and divide the first number of Results by the Results for "sex". The number of zeroes behind the point until there is another digit is hereby declared as as the Sexiness Index of the word.
Take for example "viridity", certainly a sex word. But just how sexy is it?
13,000/191,000,000=0.00008 for a SI of 5. Now that's sexy.
Saizhan, for the record, is SI 7. SOOO attractive.
A banal word like "modified", utterly boring, is SI 0. "Wizard" is a little more interesting, with SI 1. A rare word like "Shorn" is SI 3, and an invented word like "Kolshadai" is SI 8. The sexiest.
