Interesting idea. The Tarrasque has hominid looking hands, could it wield extremely large weapons if given them?
As addressed in my Tarrasque with paladin levels (no, really! It's feasible!) thread, yes, if it were smart enough to hold them.

And if it asks you to make it one, are you REALLY going to tell it no?

And if he's both, he will be a rat bastard that donsn't do the rat bastarding part well.

Being a rat bastard and being an idiot is mutally exclusive. An idiot DM will only eventually drive his players away.

A truly rat bastard DM will utterly terrify his players - but they will keep on coming back for more, for the same people many people come back more for good horror movies.

Worlds of difference.

He carries personalized voodoo dolls of all the players and stabs them during critical dice rolls.

Hey now. I once made popsicle stick representations of my players and broke pieces off each time they got critted. The head came off when they died:]. And i am not a rat bastard, lol i hate rats. Cheese is good though, hmm.

Sounds like Living Greyhawk stuff to me. Had casters in antimagical like areas casting spells

Nope. Seeing what else he has done in that session, it sounds like "Let's screw and railroad the party"-Stuff to me. Plus he has never had anything to do with greyhawk, and this was Ravenloft.
