I have some odd magic items I might be putting in my campaign... I'm not sure how to price them though. Any guesses on what should be the Market Price on these two?
Petrified Glabrezu Heart: This odd item is said to protect the wielder while in the lower planes and rumors speak of uses by dark magi. This stone is roughly twice the size of a human heart and seems to be made out of a blackish stone marbled in deep crimson. The petrified hearts are always warm to the touch and seem to softly throb. The closer one is to the Abyss the more prominent the throbbing becomes. Only a few Baatezu know the secrets of making these hideous items, and they aren’t sharing those secrets. When touched to the skin and the wielder is within lower planes they grant +2 enhancement bonus to Constitution and +2 Deflection Bonus against any Tanar’ri. Additionally these heart-stones can be used to enhance arcane or divine spellcasting, though it’s not recommended that faithful of good gods use them. The petrified-heart must be crushed and destroyed as part of the material component of a spell and that spell cast will act as if Maximized as per the Metamagic Feat.
Deva Cloak: These cloaks are composed entirely out of Astral Deva feathers and bound together with string made out of their sinews. The cloaks grant the wielder the ability to Fly as if cast by a 7th lvl caster, once a day. Additionally, the cloak may be used once for 10 minutes to give the wearer some celestial qualities, but after the 10 minutes pass the cloak turns to ash and is utterly destroyed. Using this ability drains 300 XP from the wielder as it needs part of the life-force of the wearer to meld with the magics of the cloak. When so used, the following Celestial Qualities are given: Tongues as if cast by a 14th lvl sorcerer, immunity to Electricity, Petrification, Cold and Acid; Fire Resistance: 20; +4 enhancement vs. poison; and Keen Vision (low-light and darkvision; 60’). Additionally the wearer takes on the appearance, auras, etc. of an Astral Deva giving the wearer a +10 Bluff check vs. Celestials. This special illusion can only be penetrated by the True Seeing or a Wish; and then True Seeing only has a 60% chance of functioning properly. No sensory or low-magic information will show the wearer as anything but an Astral Deva.
Bodak Eye: These eyes can be used in several ways. They can be used as an additional component in a Necromantic spell, adding +1 caster level to that spell (this consumes the eye). The fluid within the eye can also be used in the manufacture of poison, adding a +2 DC to said poison dose. Lastly the eye can be can be eaten granting immunity to a Bodak’s Death Gaze for 1 hour; but there is a 10% chance that the user will have a Flashback (see Bodak, MM p27) memory of the Bodak whose eye it was. If this happens the user can take no actions for 2 rounds and suffers a –4 morale check to all attacks against Bodaks for 1 hour.
