Okay, here goes what I am looking for is a Boot Camp:
I want the party to race through Fallcrest as one Skill Challenge, then run through an obstacle course as either a second skill challenge or traps, then I am at a loss for the third challenge.

Encounter set-up thus far:

Encounter 1 (a, b, & c) - The PCs will experience the Classroom training. (Already written up events for this encounter)

Encounter 2 (a, b, & c)– The PCs will experience Basic training.

Encounter 3 (a, b, & c)– The PCs will experience the Combat training. (Already written up events for this encounter)

What I am looking for is a Skill Challenge(s) to asist in a Boot Camp-like start to my new campaign.

Something along the lines of the Urban Chase.

I am also looking for an obstacle course challenge.

Can anyone help me?

I have no experience creating skill challenges or much DMing xp in general but the obstacle course sounds interesting, heres how I would go about doing that one.

Id start by coming up with some common obstacles, crawling under razor wire, climbing over a wooden wall, shimmying along a rope, dancing through layed out tires, etc.

Now some of these things can be approached form multiple angles: off the top of my head: the wall could be climbed, jumped (with use of a spell perhaps) or smashed through, the rope could be shimmied, or tight rope walked, or cut off and used to swing, and the tires, although they wouldnt be tires, more like wooden frames maybe? Well someone could do that as intended or they could just smash them to bits or jumped over completely.
You could spice each of these things up by adding extra danger to them, like traps, spikes, monsters that must be fought, etc.
The point is that each of these things can be approached in different ways by different character types, so that might make for a fun encounter.

Sounds like fun, good luck!
