I got Faiths & Pantheons!

Paladin, might I persuade you to give up some info on Auril, the Icemaiden? Class levels and Domains would be fine...

Oh, and aside from Baphomet, Orcus, Pazrael (I thought it was Pazuzu...), the Great Mother, and Illsenine, what other Monster Mythology nasties are presented in F&P?

Paladin-esque PrC?

Does Tyr have a Prestige Class? Any chance of posting it if he does? What about other Paladin deities (Helm, Torm, et al)?

I hate to ask, but

Paladin, thanks on behalf of everyone for your willingness to type all of this stuff out.

But I need to ask..please can you post the stats of the Windwalker? Only as much as you're willing to type out of course. My 2E Windwalker needs to know if he's been following the wrong path for the last 2 years ;)

The prereqs would be most helpful.

Thanks again

But they aren't gods according to Sean.

In retrospect, I'm not sure why I assigned those fiends into those categories. It may be a combination of two reasons:

1) If I didn't, we'd have people whining that (a) the table is messed up and WotC doesn't bother to edit its books, or (b) people would immediately ask their relative power compared to actual deities anyway.

2) Way back in the 1E DDG, it listed various demons and devils, and said that some monsters worshiped them and that they should be treated as if they were lesser deities for that purpose.

Neither is a really great reason. Anyway, they're _not_ deities.

Just saw this thread and thought I'd add my $.02
My dm just got this book, and it is absolutely amazing. The artwork is top notch, as well as all the material contained within. I was a little dissapointed that they didn't have chosen/prestige classes for all the gods, but I was really pleased with one prestige class, the techsmith. It blows gnome artificer out of the water and is pretty much the coolest item creater/golem creator class I've ever seen. Go out and get this book as soon as you can.

Unfortunately, Auril is one of the "other deities of Faerun," so her full stats aren't given. Here's what they have though:

Auril (L)
Symbol: A white snowflake on a gray diamond (a heraldic lozenge) with a white border
Home Plane: Fury's Heart
Alignment: Neutral evil
Portfolio: Cold, winter
Worshippers: Druids, elemental archons (air or water), frost giants, inhabitants of cold climates, rangers
Cleric Alignments: CN, LN, NE
Domains: Air, Evil, Storm, Water
Favored Weapon: "Icemaiden's Caress" (battleaxe)
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Other Monster Deities are:

Annam
Blibdoolpoolp
Diirinka
Grolantor
Hiatea
Hlal
Hruggek
Iallanis
Kurtulmak
Laogzed
Maglubiyet
Memnor
Null
Sekolah
Skoraeus Stonebones
Stronmaus
Surtr
Task
Thrym
Vaprak

Plus all of those you mentioned.

Yeppers- you do have a very good point on that one, especially with "a)."

Yeppers- I remember that. The beginning of the nonhuman section of deities.

Anyway- I like the work ya did with them, just couldn't figure out why they have a divine rank, domains, etc. but are not considered deities. :D
