I guess I don't understand "Operation Power Level Gary" - why am *I* getting XP?

I thought the point was to give honorary/memorial XP to the man, not to people who just posted with him. I mean, I appreciate getting the XP and all but...all I did was write stuff for him with TROLL LORD GAMES and be lucky enough to hang out with him/be a casual acquaintance (as did many others!)

So am I missing something here or...?

I believe the reason is that you can only give XP to an account once, and then you're required to give XP to a bunch of other people before you can XP the first person again. They're just handing out XP so they can give Gary more.

I've received some "Gary XP" also...and I never met the man.

So, this ri'chere is how I've been taking it.

It's just "filling in the blanks" of, I believe it is, the 30 (?) people you have to award before being able to go back and XP Gary again.

Still, any XP is appreciated XP in my book.
