I don't know how, but a guy I work with was sent the new TTT trailer from a friend of his. It doesn't matter how. I have seen it. It's supposedly to be attached to MIB2.
It's mostly a rearranged version of the teaser they added at the end of Fellowship. Here's a general breakdown:
New Line logo fades in and out
Galadriel: "The fate of the world will soon be decided."
Scenes of chaos in Rohan
Galadriel: "The dominion of evil grows even stronger."
Sweeping shots of orcs in the rain
Galadriel: "There is a union now, between the two towers: Barad-Dur, fortress of the dark lord Sauron, and Orthanc, stronghold of the wizard Saruman."
Shots of the respective towers
Galadriel: "The peril of the ringbearer deepens"
Frodo and Sam walking through a swamp
Galadriel: "An unseen danger draws closer"
Frodo and Sam climbing down some rocks, looking wary
Galadriel: "...for there is another who hunts the ring."
The ring in the hand shot again, followed by a black screen and Gollum's growl.
Gollum: "Thievessss... They stole it, my precious, and weee wants it!"
Gollum creeping over rocks, reaching out to Frodo's sleeping form
THIS CHRISTMAS
Aragorn draws a sword slowly, coolly, as music begins to pound. Camera sweeps over the army of men, then the roaring army of orcs.
THE BATTLE FOR MIDDLE-EARTH BEGINS
Aragorn yells "Fire!" as the archers fire down on the orcs. We see the shots of the battle of Helm's Deep.
The familiar LotR theme begins as we quick-cut through various shots. The only notable new thing here is an interesting shot of Legolas sliding somehow down a stone staircase in the big battle. He's standing, doesn't seem to be standing ON something, but is sliding down like he's on a snowboard. Perhaps he's riding a shield down. He's firing arrows downward as he slides. The music builds to a head. and silences with a thunderous timpani.
THE LORD OF THE RINGS
THE TWO TOWERS
Legolas, Gimli, and Aragorn looking nervous in the woods. They draw their weapons, and whirl to face Gandalf the White. As Gandalf passes the staff from his right hand to his left, slowly (as we saw in the other teaser), we hear
Gandalf: "I come back to you now... at the turn of the tide."
Fade to black.

DECEMBER 18TH
There you go. I'm all buzzed and can't concentrate on work. Note that there's no tease shot of Treebeard this time out, and that they put Gandalf at the end this time. It's much more effective this way. It's truly excellent, and I am relishing the wait until the 18th of December.
