Can any of you guys/girls come up with a fire based PrC?It will be for a barbarian.I was hoping to get more rages per day and possibly a "fiery rage" kinda thing.I would like there to be 10 levels of it.I've seen some of the cool stuff you guys have come up with and I was hoping for some help here, because I'm stumped.

Well there is a frost rager in frostburn so no reason why there can't be a fire rager.
IIRC the frostrager's sweat froze when he raged.

If the Fire Rager had burning sweat, it could create an immolation effect causing 1d6 fire damage to all within 5'.

Do you have any back ground on why the Barbarian would have fire abilities, it may help in thinking of new abilities.

Yes, sorry about that. There is a long forgotten goddess of fire.He is discovering her and now he's going to be kind of like a "Fire Maiden" version of some of the other god based classes such as "the shining blade of heironeous"

oh yeah forgot to mention the fact that he should probibly use his axe instead of his fist like the frostrager...hes just better that way

if your dragon collection goes back away there was a really cool Heal N Harm Falme Steward PRC back in 280 something you could try

The Expanded Psionics Handbook has a Pyrokineticist PrC. It requires 1 PP (which you can get with a feat, Wild Talent or something like that), Concentration 8 ranks, Knowledge Psionics 2 ranks, Craft Alchemy 1 rank, Chaotic alignment, and the coolest of all: you must have set fire to a structure just to watch it burn. The easiest way to qualify might be getting a level of Psychic Warrior or Wilder first, in order to be able to build up the Concentration skill without waiting until 13th level, as well as getting the PP. Wilder gives you more skill points and automatic PP, while psychic warrior gives you a feat you can use to improve your fighting skills but also requires Wis 14 to get a PP.

The class in question is in the SRD. You might be able to adapt it, although it isn't particularly barbarian-themed (not anti-barbarian either, but it doesn't give things like extra rages).

I posted a "Flame Freak" up here a long time ago. Although technically a prestige race, it could easily be adapted for what you're looking for. It didn't increase rages, or have anything to do with rages, but that may not be too difficult to incorporate, if even necessary. It's been heavily revised over the last couple of years as I've playtested it in on ongoing game run by a buddy of mine. I can see about posting it if you like.
