i need to kno how to calculate feats/skill points

First of all, what's the progression? (ie what class did you start with, what class levels are epic and non epic)

What system, and what exact class levels? And, as Altamont said, it's neccessary to know which class came when ... that's a 60th level character, so, we're talking very Epic.

at the time i'm doing this, she's 500 years old and a Legendary Half-Celestial Dragonlord Precognicent spirit touched individual with half of hell on her tail for a variety of reasons.

which is the reason why she's an epic level

among other things, the first evil hates her for killing her second in command and refusing to take his place, she's pissed off a number of aztec dark-gods and of course a number of demon-lords/devils

she has to be way epic in order to just deal with the occasional potshots from those guys

she's an ex-barbarian shaman
she probably started out with martial arts. then segued into psionics and finally magics when she became a demon-hunter.

1. In what order did you take the classes? (Were all 20 of the martial artist levels your first levels?)
2. What is the character's Intelligence, and (if it is modified) when did it change?
3. How many skill points per level does the martial artist get? (That is, which martial artist class?)

The thing is, starting off with building a 60th level character when you don't understand the rules well is basically asking for violent headaches. But don't worry about it, plenty of folks here to help you out if the question is clear.
