I won't do it to 5000 posts

Well, I am close enough to 4000 posts, but obviously will never make it to 5000. There has been a time when I would work relentlessly to incrase my postcount. These were the days when I spent most of my time on Enworld. However, I have got less and less time for it lately. With the new job, the new wife, and my efforts to write a novel of my own, I had to discard some things. I have discarded most of my gaming, since my working schedules preclude me to play now; and I have decided to spare the time previously spent on the Internet. I still check Enworld nearly every day, but it isn't anymore as it has been before... :\

But I will still lurk and post from times to times!

Turanil, let me say that I'm happy to hear for your successes. Last I recall, you were having some difficulties both in the job arena and in relationships. It sounds like you are doing much better for yourself.

And pay no though about the posts. Trust me, you'll be at 5,000 just by lurking before you realize it -- it'll slip up on you like a wedding anniversary.

Posting on ENworld isn't mandatory. I find my posting on here comes and goes in spurts. Mostly based on free time, and/or boredom levels.

I've long given enough my dreams of ever reaching page 1, and I'll have to settle swapping places with Eric Noah as far as post count is concerned.

Not gaming right now has also had an affect on my posting. I start my new job on Monday, so depending on how busy they keep me there, I might start posting more.
