D&D 5E [IC] Creamsteak's Princes of Elemental Evil

OOC: I think hafrogman was just posting his action for next round. I think, either way, I'm posting my action.

Feeling the rush of hellish energy infusing him, Damien darted forward toward the rowboats. As he moved, he flipped his dagger in his hand and flung it at the priest, but sadly failed to hit the mark. With his free hand, the warlock drew his other dagger.

OOC: Move: G11
Action: Attack [roll0], Damage [roll1]
Interaction: Draw Dagger

OOC: Wait, did Damien and Dent get to act at the end of that round before we moved on? I'm unclear.

OOC: Dent is next, though Aridha hasn't had an action yet. I moved forward to the enemy actions.

Also, there's a significant chance Thaliss or someone could hit and free Tolan before he could act, since concentration is required for the hold person spell.

I see you now Thaliss thinks to himself, as the contours of the priest become crisp again. The fleeting moment of luck dissipates as the Reaver moves next to Tolan, now immobile, and partly covers the priest. Stubborn, he focuses his mind and lets go a surge of magical force.

OOC: Eldrich blast on the priest. I am assuming the priest how has cover from the reaver, cancelling Thallis's advantage from being hidden.

[roll1]
[roll2]
Concentration on hex (extra damage + priest had disadvantage on intelligence checks (applies to illusions))
Minor image round 4/10

OOC: Hah, well we won't need to worry about making a concentration save.

Tolan, the priest gets blasted out of consciousness and you can take a normal action.

Dent closed the gap on his quarry and swung.

OOC: Move from K13 to K10. Attack with longsword, and apply hunter's mark. For his reaction, Dent will use Fighting Style (Protection) to defend Tolan. Protection applies if Dent is within 5' of Tolan, and confers disadvantage on attack rolls against Tolan. I hope that can be done as a reaction, anyway.

[roll0] for [roll1], plus hunter's mark [roll2]

Initiatives
Dent 9
Damien 8
Thaliss 23

Tolan 21
Aridha 21
Carradoc 17
Bandits 14
Reaver 13

Dent and Damien once again attack, but this time both of their attacks fail to hit.

Thaliss on the other hand lands a nice artillery barrage on that Priest, ending him as a threat and freeing Tolan to act.

Tolan, Aridha [x2], and Carradoc will all be able to act next.

OOC: I believe this is all up to date.

Tolan feels the muscles of his body tighten as he locks eyes with the priest. All movement stills and he finds himself utterly alone inside his own mind for a moment until Thaliss's blast knocks the priest of view. Suddenly free again, time seems to stand still for a moment, followed by a blur of motion as Tolan forgoes all defense to strike down his next target.

OOC: Action: Reckless Attack* on the Reaver (L8 I believe)
[roll0]
[roll1]
[roll2]

HP: 24/29
Rage (1/3 used - round 3/10 raging)
Resistance to bludgeoning, slashing, piercing
Advantage on strength checks and saves.
*Reckless Attack: All attack rolls against Tolan have advantage until his next turn.
(First will be canceled out by disadvantage applied by Dent's reaction).

OOC: I believe Damien still has an action. Dent would have had to double move in order to reach the target of his hex, so I assume he did that for his second action and then immediately used his third round action to attack his target. Just a note, Dent isn't within 5' of Tolan, so he can't use his fighting style.

Cursing at his failed attack, Damien chuckled as Thaliss' eldritch blast absolutely decimated the sneering priest. Slipping between the entangled bandit and the remaining Reaver, he took advantage of the incompetent bandit's entanglement and stabbed at him with both weapons. Sadly, his dagger snagged on one of the entangling vines, but his rapier struck true.

OOC: Move: G11 to J8
Action: Attack (Advantage) [roll0] [roll1], Damage [roll2]
Bonus Action: Attack (Advantage) [roll3] [roll4], Damage [roll5]
