Round 0
The Plumbers pile into the lift at the end of the hall and ride it down the rest of the tower. The doors open and deposit the Plumbers into a forty foot square lobby area. Across from the lift is a bodega run by an aged kenku harping his wares and helping his customers. The south side of the room is open and there are two sets of stairs leading down another ten feet to the actual station platform that stretches into the distance. The party can see the ticket booth down on the platform and signs indicating restrooms farther on. Several people are milling about on the platform, and a line of lightening rail coaches sits waiting as passengers hurry and board.

"Where?" Ogham asks, as he starts moving down the stairs towards the platform. The warforged scans the crowd, looking both for Garra and any potential threats.

Round 1
Ogham didn’t see any half-ogres in sight as he moved to the platform entrance. He saw the aged kenku in the bodega. There was a human in House Orien livery working the ticket booth; ten common folk lingered on the platform, as well as four persons dressed of higher rank.
The sound of lightning rail trains stopping and starting elsewhere in Terminus Station echoed throughout the platform. A crowd of people is gathered near a lightning rail train crackling with arcs of blue energy. “If you’re headed to Wroat, you’ll have to catch the next one!” cried a conductor in the livery of House Orien as the train began moving out of the station.
Then Ogham’s keep gaze picked out six rough looking humans lounging in various places around the platform. They straightened and kept their eyes on the Plumbers, moving to get between them and the lightning rail as the carriages started to move.
PLAYERS ARE UP FIRST!
OOC: The lightning rail is starting to slowly pull out of the station. You have 5 rounds to get on board (get passed the bottom line to the area with the blue diamonds) before it leaves fully.

Ogham signals to the others that they should be wary of the tough humans probably meant to intercept them, but he himself decides to just run between -- or through -- any people and obstacles on his way to the train.
OOC:
Running straight to the train, dodging any innocent bystanders if possible, dodging or shoving any cronies if needed.

Round 1.2
Ogham rushed down the stairs and pushed one of the ruffians aside (Athletics 12).
The other bandit pulled a scimitar and took a swipe at the passing warforged (Attack 6), but Ogham was too quick.
DePoe tailed after Ogham, but had to veer off a bit because of the crowd. He reached the edge of the platform with the lightning rail slowly going by.
OOC: Okay, this is the first part of the round then. DePoe still has his action. He is next to one of the enemies, so he could attack. Or he could give me an Athletics check to jump onto the lightning rail. The rest of the party can still go.

"Follow me, Rotom," Korra says. She rushes down the stairs and to the right (her left) of bandit5 passing between bandit5 and the armored individual. She let's the bandit take a swing as she continues forward and jumps on to the train.
Alara charged down the steps, but instead of trying to slip past the waiting thugs she drew herself up before two of them. They hesitated an uncertain as she slammed her walking stick into the ground and an enormous wave of arcane force burst from her.
"Garra left you here to die, did he?" She demanded, standing confidently in the haze of ozone. "So be it. The rest of you, board the train, I'll take care of this lot."
OOC:
Move to stand one northeast of Bandit 3 (in space one row above Bandits 3 and 4). Use Thunderwave, which will hit Bandits 3 & 4. Follow up with Intimidate roll. I don't think she has any Inspiration at this point, but if she does I'll blow it on the Intimidation roll.
"Eh?" Rotom questions as she notices the moving train. "Svabol?!" She questions again as she sees Korra running at the platform.
The Kobold gawks for just a moment, before dashing behind the Half Orc and jumping at the Lightning Rail.
DePoe slides through the crowd, deftly dodging the Ruffians. Calmly, at the thugs "Move. watch business."
OOC:
If possible, grab Ogham and pull him along to the lightning rail [19]+1=20 Strength check. Otherwise, attack the ruffian next to him Shortsword [20]+5=25 to hit (CRIT!) [9]+3=12 regular slashing damage +6 Sneak attack if applicable.

Round 2
Korra rushed past one of the bandits, who managed to slip his scimitar just past her shield and score a line along her side. (hit 19, 6 slashing damage) Korra did manage to leap onto the slowly moving lightning rail, landing in one of the doorways and grasping a handhold.
Alara got down the stairs and paused, unleashing a cacophony of sound as she slammed a spell into two of the bandits. They were flung ten feet away and hit the terminal floor hard, unmoving.
Rotom rushed after Korra, dashing past the bandit as he slashed at the half orc. She tried to jump on the lightning rail as well, but missed the platform and bounced off the side of the car painfully and landed on her back on the platform. (5 bludgeoning damage)
DePoe turned and stuck his shortsword into one of the ruffians threatening him, clearing more space for his friends to get on the lightning rail.
But the thugs were intent on stopping the Plumbers. One of them ran up to Alara, swinging his scimitar, but the mage managed to duck and evade it. (7 to hit)
Another bandit stepped up to Ogham, cutting at the warforged, which Ogham deflected. (14 to hit)
The last bandit moved to take advantage of the prone Rotom, only just managing to hit her and put the poor kobold out of her misery. (18 to hit, 5 slashing damage, unconscious)

Seeing Korra already on the train, Ogham ignores the thug by his side and runs up to the moving vehicle. He jumps, grabs at a door, a handhold, anything to get on.
His hand slips on the door handle, and there is nothing else to hold onto. The warforged falls heavily on the platform.
Seeing Ogham topple to the ground, Alara pushed herself away from the scimitar-wielding brigand, moving to the edge of the platform beside the warforged. She loosed a bolt of fire at the nearest bandit.
OOC:
Move to stand 1W of Depoe - this will invoke an attack of opportunity from the guy trying to kill her. If she makes it to stand next to Depoe, she'll send a fire bolt at Bandit 2.
Korra reaches out and tries to grab Rotom as the train passes. (No idea if a roll is needed). Should be automatic with a opportunity attack from bandit5. Rotom should also be light enough that she can still use her shield against the attack.)

Round 3
The bandit Ogham ignored took a slice out of the warforged with his scimitar (crit 23, 5 slashing damage). It distracted the warforged enough as he tried to jump on the moving lightning rail that Ogham missed and fell prone and unconscious on the platform. (6 fall damage).
Alara moved away from one of the Daask thugs and got a scimitar in the back for it. (17 to hit, 2 slashing damage). She managed to link up with DePoe and shot a firebolt at a Daask operative.
Korra managed to pull Rotom onto the lightning rail beside her. (Rotom 1 successful death save).
DePoe dodges as one of the Daask agents rushes up to slash at him with his scimitar, and the bandit fails to connect. (6 to hit with disadvantage)
The Daask thug Alara had lit on fire is still patting himself out as he rushes to slash at her, connecting solidly (19 to hit, 6 slashing damage).
The last remaining Daask man rushed Korra on the lightning rail and tried to hit her, but she knocked his blade away with her shield. (14 to hit).

The sound of the train moving, the hustle of people rushing by, the clanks of heated fights; these all fade into the background for the warforged. But there is a sound, a single, soft singing between it all, and this becomes amplified in his semi-robotic head.
The song of a bird.
Melodic, full of life, of vigor and a bit of concern. As if this tiny bird, somewhere above the train station, is going about its life chasing off competition and wooing potential partners, and is suddenly noticing an old friend lying on his back on the platform.
The song is amplified by chanting of old druids, somewhere within the glowing amulet deep inside Oghams chest, and the warforged abruptly opens his eyes again.
From where he is lying, he can see the solitary bird flying high above the station, singing once more before flying off to somewhere between the city towers.
On instinct, Ogham powers up the primal magic within and, not bothering to get up, creates a fire underneath the feet of the bandit standing next to him.
Rolling 1 or 20. When you make a death saving throw and roll a 1 on the d20, it counts as two failures. If you roll a 20 on the d20, you regain 1 hit point.
If damage reduces you to 0 hit points and fails to kill you, you fall unconscious (see appendix A). This unconsciousness ends if you regain any hit points.
So Ogham is back to 1 hp, and if I understand correctly can act this round. In that case, he'll cast the Create Bonfire cantrip on the square directly to his North (the one with the bandit). That bandit must make a Dex ST of DC13 or take 6 fire damage.
How fast is the train moving? Is it possible for Alara to leap onto the train, then run back along it to the car behind and try to grab Ogham as it goes by? Or is the train already moving too fast for that?
Also, I think Alara is actually at 1 HP with the second attack from a scimitar.
