D&D 5E [IC] Uller's Out of the Abyss

OOC: IMO we ought to just bring them along (although maybe Bert should hang back--still in the 20' light radius, but not right next to Surana).

Leaving the crazies behind seems unsafe for them, and if we stop moving every time someone's losing their sh*t, this is gonna be a loooong adventure.

Ezraen looks at Surana and Erevan, "I can try something, I don't know if it will work..."

OOC: @Uller, I want to try casting protection from evil on Drum and see if it helps, since this is Demonic-sourced madness.

Bertam smiles at Surana and mutters something about the bride looking lovely in her dress.

He gets up ready to go and behaves as if what he said makes perfect sense.

OOC: I guess we could safely leave the others behind *as long as there are no forks/side-passages in the direction we're going.* Basically, as long as it's just a hallway/tunnel, so that nothing could get in there to hurt them (and they couldn't wander off) without getting past us. Perhaps we could take a small party (maybe the three of us and Orsik?) in first, turning back if it turns out it's not just a tunnel.

There's still no point in going very far without them, though. This is now the only way out, so they have to come soon anyway. But I guess we could try and clear out any dangers a short way ahead.

Surana smiles back at Bert but raises her eyebrows at Erevan and Ezraen.

"Hey, Bert. Do you think you could make me some of your delicious mushroom paste? For, uh, the wedding dinner?"

She looks from Bert over to Shuushar curled up on the floor, and finally to Drum. She sighs and starts taking the little myconid out of her pack. "Stay safe here. I'll be back for you," she says to him telepathically.
