Ideas for Domains/New Olympians?

My Last Lands campaign postulates a revolution in the Greek Pantheon, with Zeus and his siblings being cast down by Athena and her siblings. The milieu is more Renaissance/Restoration era than Ancient. What would people living in the early 1600s need gods for that the Classical Greeks and Romans did not have gods for? Right off the bat, I am thinking coffee, tea, sugar, steam power. Suggestions?

Maybe societal things like business or bureaucracy? Maybe also look to the Catholic saints for inspiration? I am not well versed in anthropology but maybe look at the setting differences between greek and the 1600s style of life.

I am thinking banking and a mail system would be ruled by young heirs of Hermes. Agricultural products would be ruled by descendants of Demeter and Persephone. Hmm...

Did someone say steam?
