If d20 can handle Hercules and Mercury...

There are plans for d20 super heroes games. So, yes, I think it's ll have no problem with handlling these characters. The biggest problem I see is increaseing greatly the amount people can lift, super heroes seem to be able to lift a lot more then your typical fantasy character. The rest is filling in a system a super powers. It could easily be a feat/skill system of some type. Both of the characters mentioned above would be high level, and that would help to define their power.

Opinions?
I've had my stats posted on the board before. ;)
Not a very easy thing to fit me into a 'normal game'.
Here they are again.

Well Supermans strength is wrong!

Based on a previous D.C. RPG Sourcebook he can bench just over 1 million tons, so his strength works out at about 125 by d20 standards.

Superman's Strength...

D20 strength maps very well to Champions strength (doubing lifting capacity every 5 points). DC heroes gave the 'classic' superman a Strength of 50, which is 250 in Champions and D20 terms.

I'd put Dex at 40-something and Con at 80 something. I'd also up the DR to about 500, but make it /+1 -- remember, Superman is vulnerable to magic! A magic sword will cut him easily.

He's been powered-up recently back to his rightful Pre-Crisis levels. He recently pushed Pluto (converted to a new War-World) out of orbit under his own power against the force of a temporal rift back to the energy of the Big Bang. :)

125, really I thought it would be higher. Then again, I might feel the need to adjust certain gods. hmm.

Actually it has been stated in the past that Superman is able to 'Lift a Planet' and although he has pushed Pluto it was never stated exactly which Planet he could lift...
